I like an art piece but it is not in the format I want. Can you provide it in my desired format?
A) Yes. If an art is on a poster and you want it on canvas, frame or mug, we can provide it. Please email us at contact (at the rate) atreon.com. You can also use the ‘Contact Us’ form.
Do you accept returns and give refunds? What about reprinting the product?
A) Yes. If the product is physically damaged, please let us know within ten days of receiving the product. Please send us the photo of the damaged product. We will initiate the refund.
If the printing is of low-quality, we can send a reprinted product or issue a refund. As stated above, email us with the photo of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
A) Yes. To keep the shipping costs low, the product is mostly shipped from the country of purchase.
What is the mode of payment you accept?
A) As of now we accept payments through Paypal. With Paypal, you are safe.
