Our refund and returns policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a  refund or reprint.

Take note that we offer refunds ONLY for damaged products or those items that do not meet quality standards. We do not give refunds if the customer orders a wrong product/color or orders out of whim. If you receive a damaged item, please send us some photos of the item at contact@artreon.com. You can contact us through the chat box also. Defective items need not be returned by the customer. We will require only the photographs. 

Once we have determined the item was defective, we will issue a reprint or a refund as per your choice.
